Shipping to Australia
Shipping within Australia is free of charge.
Bata Shop Australia uses Australia Post, Star Track Express or Vic Express. Allow 3 – 14 days for product receipt within Australia.
Bata Shop Australia does not currently ship to all geographical locations.
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive the following: When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirming the status of your shipment & a tracking number.
We guarantee that you will be 110% satisfied
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund, provided the return policy is met
- Shoes must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase
- Shoes must be unworn and in original condition
- Shoes must be in original box and packaging
- Copy of proof of purchase must be returned with shoes
Please keep in mind when trying on your new shoes, to try them on carpet to reduce scuff marks on the soles.
NB: Bata is unable to exchange or refund shoes that have been worn unless FAULTY due to health and safety regulations.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Bata Shop Australia does not guarantee against any product tear or any damage related to the shipping or manufacturer.
Shoes will not be refunded until they are received by Bata.
